Planned Maintenance Program

2017-18 Planned Maintenance Program:

Gold Service (Annual Maintenance):
Includes:

- 3-year parts/labor warranty on ALL manufacture defects
- Replace all necessary bulbs 
- Realign fixtures
- Relocate (up to 3’) fixtures to optimize lighting effects
- Clean light fixtures 
- Reset timers, inspect photocells and transformers
- Check system performance
- You pay a flat rate service fee per visit

Each Nite-Lite Installation is followed by 1 year of free adjustments/service to the system.  Proceeding 1 year of the installation, Nite-Lite offers on going maintenance at a fixed price to ensure the beauty and functionality of your system lasts for years on end.  

Platinum Service (Bi- Annual Maintenance):

Includes:

- 5-year parts/labor warranty on ALL manufacture defects
- Replace all necessary bulbs 
- Realign fixtures
- Relocate (up to 3’) fixtures to optimize lighting effects
- Clean light fixtures 
- Reset timers, inspect photocells and transformers
- Check system performance
- Complete all necessary repairs
- You pay a flat rate service fee per visit

If Nite-Lite did not perform the installation of your low-voltage lighting system, we can still offer on-going maintenance after a 1 time service fee (charged at T&M) to get the system up and running to Nite-Lite Quality standards.  Following the first service call, each year of maintenance will be at a fixed price.  

Here are just a few services that will be provided during on-going maintenance:

  • Cleaning fixtures (which includes chemically cleaning cloudy lenses on accent lights)
  • Remove debris (sprider webs, wasps, hornets, dirt, etc).
  • Trim dead vegetation from around fixtures
  • Adjust crooked fixtures due to ground shift from winter thaw.

**Enrolling in Nite-Lite’s planned maintenance program will not only save you time but also the service fee you’ll incur per visit to replace burned out bulbs.  If you prefer not to receive planned maintenance, normal service fees and costs of bulbs will be charged for each service visit.  Additional service requests for timer resets, electrical issues, and system repairs/modifications are not covered under the planned maintenance program**
